Nobu Hospitality proudly announces its first residential project in Miami—619 Brickell, a new architectural landmark along Biscayne Bay designed by the world-renowned Foster + Partners in collaboration with Sieger-Suarez Architects. Developed with 13th Floor Investments and Key International, the 74-story tower will offer 300 residences and 90,000 sq. ft. of private amenities, including a full-service spa and wellness retreat, state-of-the-art fitness center, and serene poolside café—all reflecting Nobu’s refined Japanese-inspired elegance and elevated service. At ground level, Miami’s second Nobu restaurant will debut with a distinctive circular design and breathtaking waterfront views, creating a seamless connection between home and hospitality.
